Wealth, Power, and World Development - Templars, Teutonics, Hospitallers/Malta Knights, and Maritime Republics: Part 5 (Creation of Modern Banking and Carrying of Bloodlines)
The poor knights, their Sigillum Militum, Por Tu O Gral in Portugal, Dionysian Artificiers, la Roche/da Rocha, and the beginning of sovereign states and banking.
As promised, we are back to tackle the knightly orders of the Middle Ages, and their importance to Wealth, Power, and World Development by examining mainstream history and the hidden and esoteric. We now are quite aware of Venice and Genoa’s roles as naval powers, and their eventual absorption into the Habsburg dynasty.
The significance of the knightly orders of the Knights Templar, Teutonic Knights, and Knights Hospitaller/Knights of Malta during Venice and Genoa’s rise and during the Crusades cannot be understated. These groups worked together, and sometimes against each other, but the especially strong alliance was the alliance between especially between Venice and the Templars.
It is said that Hugues De Payns and Count Henri created the Templars in 1118-1119 AD, but we must dig deeply and possibly hypothesize their entire movements in the early years. In the run-up to the Templars’ creation, as we know, their order had peers who came before them.
We already discussed how similar Venice and the carbon-copy maritime empires of Britain and the Netherlands were to ancient Phoenicia. Our previous writing shows how many things connect Venice and Phoenicia. We found in the David Hatcher Childress-written Introduction section of the book called The History of the Knights Templars, that Childress hints the Templars had a connection to Phoenicia as well. He dropped this gem, stating the Templars,
“. . . were great statesman, politically adept, economic traders, and they were apparently allied with the great sailor-fraternity that had created a worldwide trading empire in Phoencian times.” (1)
Now, we call that a beautiful gem. Sometimes things pop out at you at the right moment and beg for further exploration.
Hospitallers Lead The Way
The Knights Hospitaller was the first knightly order created in 1099 AD at the closure of the Peoples’ and Princes’ Crusades, also known as the First Crusade. When the Crusaders and Catholicism took Jerusalem on July 15, 1099, the area known as the Holy Land was carved up into four distinct Crusader states. The Knights Hospitaller was created out of hospitals built and rebuilt in Jerusalem in the 7th century AD.
Its founder “Blessed” Gerard Sasso, an Amalfian (the merchants from Amalfi, Italy were responsible for rebuilding the hospital in 1023 AD) became the head of the rebuilt hospital in 1080. This rebuilt hospital, known as the Hospital of Saint John, was built on the site of the Monastery of Saint John the Baptist twenty years earlier. Gerard and the early members of the Order of Saint John (aka Hospitallers) grew their order after the Siege of Jerusalem, treating knights and pilgrims. Out of the Crusaders’ conquests, money and spoils were given to the order by Godfrey de Boullion and Baldwin I. The order was legitimized in 1113 by Pope Paschal’s papal bull called Pie postulatio voluntatis.
So, the Knights Hospitaller preceded the warrior monk Knights Templar order, as far as official Church recognition goes, by 6 years. This will become important later as it has been hypothesized that after the Hospitaller became the Military Order of Saint John known as Knights of Malta, and the Templars were supposedly rounded up and burned at the stake, the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John absorbed their wealth. As we will see, this is likely only partially true because wealth comes in various forms, both esoteric and evident; there’s wealth in terms of monetary value and of even more value in the form of knowledge and artifacts.
Number 9, Number 9, A Bullshit Line?
It has been put forth by researchers like David Hatcher Childress that Guermond AKA Warmund de Picquigny was the regent or placeholder when the King of Jerusalem Baldwin II was imprisoned, and also mentioned by many other researchers that there were 9 original Knights Templars. Nine is an interesting choice to push to the public, especially when more Templars were probably involved in their creation. Nine is the most divine number in Chaldean Numerology, considered sacred and holy. It was so sacred and divine that they omitted it from the charts of letters and didn’t use it unless your name added up to it.
But the historian William of Tyre, who wrote that history about there being 9 Templars at the time of the order’s founding, was supposedly not a fan of the Templars necessarily and was more aligned with the Hospitallers.
When it comes to the number 9, we can’t help but think of the Tavistock Institute-created (or at least strongly promoted) band The Beatles because of their song Revolution No. 9. If you didn’t know, The Beatles and many other bands of the 1960s/70s in rock grew to immense heights of fame due to social engineering manipulations of intelligence think tanks to control part of the populace through sound and a new counter-culture. There is also the Grateful Dead’s interesting history with Tavistock’s Eric Trist and his son Alan Trist (instrumental in the Dead’s playing Egypt in 1978). Plus, there is the wild history of the Dead’s Acid Tests and the role of Ken Kesey. The Rolling Stones and The Beatles are directly linked with the Tavistock Institute. Laurel Canyon and the musicians that came out of there definitely had intelligence operatives pulling their strings as explored in Dave McGowan’s book Weird Scenes Inside the Canyon: Laurel Canyon, Covert Ops & the Dark Heart of the Hippie Dream. We must visit the music world and discuss that in another post.
In thinking about 9 and the song Revolution No. 9 on The Beatles’ White Album, why did they name it that? Isn’t it odd that Lennon wanted to write the sound of a revolution? Were these intelligence-associated musicians saying that revolution would bring us closer to the sacred or divine? Or was it to form a separate cohort that would deviate so much from the norm and create another schism? Something likely along the lines of serving multiple purposes as usual.
Theodor Adorno, the guy from Tavistock who owned all the Beatles’ master tapes, and sold them to Michael Jackson, was not only considered the brains behind The Beatles, but he was a Knight of Malta too. Knights seem to be everywhere.
Back to number 9, number 9. . .
Nine is such a fascinating number and Nikola Tesla believed it to be one of the most important numbers in his 3-6-9 significance to the universe. But, we don’t think there were only 9 knights that started the Templars. That may be out there as a number for a reason of esoteric significance. The list you will most often get is this list of the 9 members who supposedly started the Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and the Temple of Jerusalem:

3 - André de Montbard
4 - Hugues I or Hugh
5 - Geoffroi Bisol
6 - Archambaud de St. Amand
7 - Payen de Montdidier

The contrarian viewpoints come from the research of Freddy Silva’s amazing book and talks called The 900-Year Secret of the Knights Templar. Freddy demonstrates the significance of one of the undisclosed founding knights of the Templars named Pedro Arnaldo da Rocha.
As Freddy so deftly navigates and explains, in 1103, 15 years before the actual christening creation of the Knights Templar by His Holiness, a knight named Henri of Burgundy (who would change his name to Count Dom Henrique - in Portuguese) had acquired a new territory in an area called Portucale. He got this land by helping a Castilian (Spanish) king reclaim his territory from the Moors.
Dom Henrique sailed to the Holy Land with another knight named Pedro Arnaldo da Rocha, and they came into contact with two of the official original members of the Templars, Hugues de Payens and Godfrey de Saint-Omer. They both became knights and were likely founding members of the Templars, as da Rocha’s family was in with the Cistercian Order (the white monks that branched off the black monks of the Benedictine Order) and the creation of the Templar-integral Order of Sion. Again, see this link for an explanation of this amazing history by Freddy Silva, how Portucale was renamed Portugal, how the first king of Portugal gave 1/3rd of his kingdom to the Templar, and how that same king gave a hint that the Holy Grail came through the territory he esoterically spelled as Port Tu O Gral on his official seal for the Templar territory, which means “Through You The Grail.”
So already with these two extra members, we are up to 11 founding members of the Templars, not 9. Furthermore, so many sources say that there were more knights at first. This link sums up two separate authors’ views on this topic. Both Sharan Newman and her book The Real History Behind the Templars and Stephen Dafoe’s blog post Were there really only nine? pick apart the lack of logic behind the 9 number for the founding members, and the fact that William of Tyre was not even alive for the first 10 years of the Templars’ existence. So how would he know for certain?
Nine is an interesting choice to chisel into the stone tablets of history or fuse into the Akashic Records. Why 9? Numerology may play a role that we normal people or (hu)mans are all conscious of, but numerology, true Chaldean Numerology is made up of God’s numbers. They do not fail and their significance is real. This is why we find it very interesting after the date of Friday the 13th of October, 1307 when the Templars were rounded up to be put to trial, those trials would result in the burning at the stake of a total of 54 Knights Templar on May 12, 1310.

York and Scottish
Another fascinating thing you find when you research the Templars is the claim that they didn’t all disappear and indeed became Freemasonry. Well, if the Knights Templars became the Freemasons wouldn’t there be a way to find some clues or hints to that? Take a few minutes to look at this graphic, look at the very top of the pyramid on the right. Read that. I’d say that reveals some interesting information, and it also helps to understand the two paths of York and Scottish Rites.
They say that the York Rite is more theological or spiritually inclined. They say that the Scottish Rite is more philosophically inclined. What is the real reason for the fewer steps to the top on the York Rite (only 10 degrees) side in the image above? Piques your curiosity, no?
Who is higher on the pecking order, on the York side, Templars or Malta? Well, that image shows it is the Templars. They are an actual degree at the very top, what is known as the 33rd degree in Scottish Rite is the York Rite equivalent of the 10th degree. Why are the Knights Templars above the Knights of Malta or Hospitallers? Especially, if the Templars were “destroyed” as mainstream history states, and all their riches, artifacts of value, and land were absorbed by the Knights of Malta as other historians claim.
Is it possible the Knights of Malta took more of the spotlight, and helped their brothers in the Templar order to disappear? These two were purported to be rivals at times, and allies at other times. Well, we know that a bunch of Templars did indeed disappear. For example, in Portugal, the Templars merged into the newly created Order of Christ that Portuguese King Denis created. King Denis defied Pope Clement V’s order to appropriate Templar property and pushed back on arresting the Templar order. He created the Order of Christ, and Templars flocked and joined in legion. When Pope John XXII came into power, King Denis found a more favorable Pope who allowed the Templars to go their way into the Order of Christ.
The Templars apparently never forgot who they were. Some even traveled to Brazil at some point in time from the 1100s to the 1300s, as Kathleen Ball’s research has shown in The Brazilian Templars Mystery, carving their signature cross above a cave in a small town. They were in America for certain, as Oak Island’s history and significance have proven. The reason the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry exists (established in Charleston, SC in 1801, but going back to 1700s England and Scotland) is because it is a nod to the Templars that went to Scotland and with William Sinclair and family (“Saint-Clair” - from France originally) built Rosyln Chapel and created Freemasonry. Templar Knights assisted the Scottish, Robert the Bruce, and Sir William Sinclair defeat the English and claim independence from England. They likely went through NE Italy and into the Swiss Cantons and the Alps when their Templar ships disappeared the night before their leaders’ arrests and round-ups by Philip the Fair.
Did the Malta order still help them by facilitating their disappearance, and resurgence later with the creation of Freemasonry and Rosicrucianism? Why. . . yes. Perhaps not directly, but by taking over where the Templars left off, both militarily and in terms of being the dominant knightly order. See, knowing that the Templars occupy a higher position than the Knights of Malta in the York Rite of Masonry, that is the kind of shit that makes us go. . . Ok, the line about William of Tyre not liking the Templars may be bullshit that historians helped push forward. Maybe, William of Tyre was writing what he was told to write, for spiritual significance (hey, you even have to entertain the possibility that those instructions were given to him from WITHIN the Templar order). Just sayin’. It’s constantly a game of look over here, not there.
A Wealthy Crusading Faction
We discussed in our previous writing Wealth, Power, and World Development -Maritime Dominance: Part 4 (Venice and Genoa’s Long Run) the aligning of the Templars with Venice after the first Crusade, the precedent was set years before the creation of the Templars by Godfrey de Boullion and the Crusaders’ alignment with Venice for sea support and keeping their entry to the Holy Land free from Muslim obstructions. The Templars and Venice were close. As we noted, Venice announced an alignment with the Templars at the beginning of the Venetian-Genoese Wars. We wrote,
“In 1257, Genoa would first poke the Venetian bear and start what was known as the War of Saint Sabas (circa 1257-1270 AD) when they attacked the Venetian quarter over a dispute involving Acre and com(mer)ce control there. Venice got aligned with the Pisans and the Knights Templar.”
We also discussed their being given tax-exempt status granted to the Knights Templar (like Venice also obtained) by Pope Innocent II’s Papal Bull. In addition to these takes on the Templars in our previous writing, we mentioned the Templar money-changing system of preceptories that were in service for crusading pilgrims heading to and from the Holy Land, stating,
“Additionally, the Templars created the check (or so we’re told, yet others say it was Venice who created it). The mainstream story goes, that during the Crusades when pilgrims to the Holy Land of Jerusalem checked their gold and silver coins at the beginning of the pilgrimage with the London Templar headquarters called the Templar Church in London, they would give them a deposit ledger with an official Templar seal. Then, on the way, the people could buy things at Templar preceptories and the cost of those supplies would be deducted from the ledger. When they got to the Templar gold check spot in Jerusalem, pilgrims could settle up and get their gold and silver, less what they purchased on the journey. This was the ledger/promissory system of deposits and withdrawals, like a knightly-human-operated debit card with Templar ATMs.”
After the capture of Jerusalem by the Templars, Venice, Genoa, and Pisa all used the passageway of the sea to bring supplies and Crusaders to and from the Holy Land. They constantly patrolled the waterways and secured the ports after taking the Port of Jaffa.
Templars were initially granted their order under the perception that they would protect the pilgrims traveling to and from the Holy Land. Over time, protecting the gold of pilgrims and providing extra services grew Templar wealth and preceptories into and up against the territories of many cultures of the Middle East and North Africa, and took them to places in North and South America. This grew the wealth of the Templars to unimaginable heights.
But, wealth comes in more forms than just money, silver, gold, and gemstones.
We will dig into the monetary wealth of gold and silver a little more later in this article. It is important, yes. The Templars built the first land-based multi-national corporation. But, what we want to dive into first is the type of wealth that is completely invaluable and usually in the form of unorthodox beliefs, knowledge, artifacts, and history. The Templars are awash in this type of wealth. Let’s dig in, and then we can circle back about the monetary material wealth.
To Know This Gnosis
The Knights Templar in their inception began from French knights, right? They are known to have come out of the southern region of France that was associated majorly with the Albigensians, a dualistic Gnostic Christian movement that was known for its groups like the Cathars. Gnostics were the original Christians. They believed in a creator God which is where we were all given our divine spark as beings, and an evil god who hijacked this world named the Demiurge. The Demiurge has an army of workers to do its bidding, they are known as archons. We find it interesting that in the Bible angels are put forward as ‘Archangel Micheal’ or ‘Archangel Gabriel’, and how close this word archangel is to archon. There are a ton of oddities that stand out regarding the Gnostic belief and the Christian religion/Catholicism like this.
These Albigensian orders came from a practice called Paulicanism, which crept into Europe from Armenia, and also sprung other sects like the Bogolomists and the Waldensians. See map below.
As in early Rome with the early Romans, before Christians began to attack the Cult of Mithras, ancient Persian Zoroastrianism influenced the Paulicans. We know this because a later sect called the Manicheans that influenced the Paulicans was also firmly rooted in Zoroastrian Persia and from the 2nd Persian Empire known as the Sasanian Empire. Mani, the creator of Manichaeism, was also influenced by a group called the Mandeans in addition to the Zoroastrians. The Mandeans were a Gnostic religion that has been debated to be either from Babylon or Palestine (or both) as part of the Nasoreans who were from an area where the Essenes were from in Palestine. Yeshua (Jesus) and John the Baptist were supposedly from this sect. The Mandeans, revere John the Baptist as their last prophet.
No matter how you cut it, Zoroastrianism was the genesis of the Gnostic beliefs of all of these sects, including Mandeanism and Manichaeism, the Paulicans, and the Cathars.
Firmly established as coming from Zoroastrian Persia, and attempting to renew the Achaemenid Empire’s earlier glory of ancient Persia - Manichaeism sought to combine all of the religious thought under a banner that combined all early religions under a type of Gnostic thought and superseded many of the early religious movements. Its founder Mani combined religions to create, what Keith Hopkins called a super gnostic religion. As Keith Hopkins states in his seminal work A World Full of Gods: The Strange Triumph of Christianity,
“But, thanks to God’s revelations, Mani felt able to fuse and transcend all previous religious traditions: Zoroastrian, Buddhist, Christian, and Gnostic.” [1]
The Cathars’ beliefs were then a passing down of an amalgamation of Zoroastrianism, Mithraism, Gnosticism, Manichaeism, Paulicanism, Bogomilism, and even the Waldensians. The Church called them heretics because the Cathars believed the Catholic Church had abandoned the doctrine of the original Christian Church and created a monster doctrine that was nothing like what it was in the first two centuries AD.
The Templars are also associated with the Cistercian Order, in fact many say that they came directly out of this order. Cistercians pledged lives of poverty and self-denial.
Do you know who else talked about being poor apostolic servants? The Waldensians? Poor apostolic servants, Check! The Paulicans? They declared themselves poor and had a love of the poor while being exploited and dominated by Byzantium. Check! The Bogomils? Declared the material world evil, and denied material items by choice choosing to be a life that is materially poor but spiritually full. Check! The Manichaeans? They chose to be poor in things of the flesh. Check! The Cathars? Pledged themselves to renunciate the material/all matter and things of the flesh, choosing to be poor to free their spirits. The Cistercians? Those who were sanctioned by the Church and became the Knights Templar? Wikipedia states,
“The order was fortunate that Stephen was an abbot of extraordinary gifts, and he framed the original version of the Cistercian "Constitution" or regulations: the Carta Caritatis (Charter of Charity). Although this was revised on several occasions to meet contemporary needs, from the outset it emphasised a simple life of work, love, prayer and self-denial.” [2]
Now, what is the full name of the Knights Templar again? Oh yeah, The Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon, who pledged an oath to a life of poverty, chastity, and obedience in their dedication to God and a higher purpose.
The Church approved the Cistercian Order, and the Albigensian Cathars were deemed heretics. Where the Cistercians began to grow their network of Abbeys, really centered around areas in France that were often overlapping many of the Cathar areas. They grew outward from there to 300+ Abbeys/Monasteries. The rise of these two orders the Cathars and Cistercians was happening relatively at the same time. The Cathars were absorbed with their teachings into the Cistercian Order, and a segment of the Cistercian Order of Cathar families became the Knights Templar. The Cistercians who remained in that order were tasked with cataloging all of the artifacts and truths that the Templars collected.
If you haven’t figured it out yet, over a series of events, the Catholic Church became a mechanism for control. The greatest one ever created. Overtly they are for Christ, but secretly they adhere to occult beliefs and practices of Babylon, Persia, Greece, Turkey, Phoenicia, Egypt, and Rome. They created the Trinity to insert the Vicar of Christ who could dictate to Christians what God in the flesh (the Pope) wanted them to do or believe. Everything is a lie. They likely knew what the Templars were up to in their excursions and movements, and condoned it, but couldn’t overtly say this or give that appearance. They couldn’t let anyone disrupt the massive behemoth of spiritual and monetary control that they created over centuries.
They quite openly squashed Gnostic sects in the decades and centuries following Yeshua’s passing. They were feeding early Gnostic Christians to the lions and omitting and rewriting their books, while likely at the same time secretly believing much of what they as an order knew and held to be true. In preparation for the creation of the Catholic Church, the Dionysian Artificers (whom some say were the first Freemasons) were stomped out. Some historians say up to 600 of them were crucified.
Now that we have established that the early beliefs of the Templars were securely fastened to the foundation of Gnosticism. It makes it much easier to understand why the Templars were everywhere hunting for artifacts and knowledge found in mystery schools. We believe the true owners of the Church knew most of what the Templars were up to. They were put on a mission to attain all of the remnants, artifacts, and traditions of the antediluvian world that had been lost, as well as tasked with tying up the loose ends regarding anything that could expose the true story of Yeshua Ben Yosef Hamashiach (Jesus Christ).
The best way for us to go forward and examine the invaluable wealth of unorthodox beliefs, knowledge, artifacts, and history that the Templars had, we should start by going to the end of their “official” life at the hands of the Church and King Philip the Fair. Remember, King Philip of France was in debt to the Templars and needed money. This was a time when the headquarters of the Catholic Church was not in Rome but in France. This made it easy to “bring down” the Templars through accusations attained by torture when you understand Philip’s manipulation of the office of the Pope.
Let’s take a look at what the Templars were accused of during the period of their arrests and when their leadership headed by Grand Master Jacques De Molay was burned at the stake. And work backward, with other legends about them and recent findings of researchers, and see what jives with what.
Heresy, Accusations, Arrests, A Neutral State, Butt Kissing, And Baphomet
The Templars were rounded up on Friday the 13th, 1307 AD, when King Philip the Fair (King Philip IV), who was on a real tear against the Jews and Knights Templar, pushed Clement V to declare the Knights Templar heretics. Philip was a douchenozzle who borrowed money all the time and used his power to gank property by seizure from his subjects, and he owed both the Templars and the Jews money. He needed more money too, to continue in the Anglo-French Wars between England and France. Wikipedia has chronicled some of the mainstream historical narratives from researchers decently on this subject (we checked some of the references in books on archive.org). They hobbled these narratives together, explaining what happened when Philip got his way regarding the Templars,
“On September 14, 1307, all bailiffs and seneschals in the kingdom of France were sent secret orders from King Philip IV ordering preparations to be made for the arrest and imprisonment of all members of the Order of Templars; the arrests were to be executed a month later. At dawn on October 13, 1307, the soldiers of King Philip IV then captured all Templars found in France. Clement V, initially incensed at this flagrant disregard for his authority, nonetheless relented, and on November 22, 1307, issued a papal decree ordering all monarchs of the Christian faith to arrest all Templars and confiscate their lands in the name of the Pope and the Church. The order went out to England, Iberia, Germany, Italy and Cyprus. The leader, Templar Grand Master Jacques de Molay, and Hugues de Pairaud, a Templar, referred to in various documents as “the visitor of France”, who was the collector of all of the royal revenues of France owing to the Order, were both arrested, as were many other Templars in France.” [3]
This all was made easier since the period when Philip lobbied for this action was during the time that the head of the Catholic Church was in France, not Rome. Known as the Avignon Papacy, it was a moment in history when the Popes operated out of Avignon, France. This helped France and Philip IV get their way, or looking at it inversely, it also could have helped France and Philip IV to create a smokescreen to help the Templars “disappear” and go off the grid to regroup and accomplish further missions under different names.
King Philip the Fair (IV) had at his disposal, inquisitional powers. Basically what happened was, during the Albegensian Crusade around 1220 AD, inquisitional powers were granted and used by authorities against Gnostic sects and heretics. Those powers were never removed (hey, we got our version of that today. . . The Patriot Act, lol), and then when Philip IV and the Pope rounded up the Templars and excommunicated the Jews, it allowed them to take all their wealth and possessions. Also though, it allowed for egregious, painful, and inhumane torture of heretics of the same intensity that was used to force converts to Christianity. Yet, it would be used to extract confessions from the Templars. Whether or not you believe the information that came from the Templars’ mouths, is up to you. Some of the Templar leaders, like Jacques de Molay, recanted those testimonies. Of course, we’ll give you our take.
As we already noted, and want to make a note of again, King Denis of Portugal created a safe haven for Templars. Due to his unwillingness to adhere to the edict of the Church of going after the Templars, Portugal, a place of great significance for the Knights Templar order (basically created with the assistance of proto-Templars), became a haven for Templars in the Iberian Peninsula. Scotland was liberated from England with a Templar assist. Elsewhere, we are certain, many Templars got the tip-off early that trouble was coming down the pike. That also goes for the Templar ships that disembarked from France the evening before the arrest. Yep, slipped out of port in the darkness of the evening before.
The story goes that the evening before the arrest ordered by Philip the Fair, the leaders like the je-ne-sais-quoi-having Grand Master of the Knights Templar Jacques de Molay, and others like Hugues de Pairaud and Geoffroi de Charney, decided to stay behind and try and change the mind of Pope Clement V. They all knew they would be arrested if they stayed. Ok, can we just say that this makes our radar detector go off? It just stinks of a concocted bullshit story too a little bit, no? Seems so orchestrated for the public to get them to think the Templars were destroyed.
Alan Butler’s book The Warriors and the Bankers on the Templars Founding Switzerland discusses the likelihood that most of the Templars escaped, and created the neutral state of Switzerland. As other researchers have echoed, many of the Templars who were in those ships likely sailed out the night before the arrests and made their way around the Iberian Peninsula. They crept up through the Pillars of Hercules/Strait of Gibraltar, up into the Meditteranean on the NE side of Italy, into territories controlled by Templars, and into Switzerland. And, with them, they brought much of their monetary and artifact treasures into the protection of the Alps.
Alan Butler sums up his reasoning for this belief in an interview with Templar History this way,
“Butler: There are a few important reasons why this is likely to have been the case. For example:
The founding of the embryonic Switzerland conforms exactly to the period when the Templars were being persecuted in France.
Switzerland is just to the east of France and would have been particularly easy for fleeing Templar brothers from the whole region of France to get to.
In the history of the first Swiss Cantons there are tales of white coated knights mysteriously appearing and helping the locals to gain their independence against foreign domination.
The Templars were big in banking, farming and engineering (of an early type). These same aspects can be seen as inimical to the commencement and gradual evolution of the separate states that would eventually be Switzerland.
Even the Swiss don’t really know the ins and outs of their earliest history (or suggest that they don’t.) They are famous for being secretive and we don’t have to tell interested readers that this is something they share absolutely with the Templars.
The famous Templar Cross is incorporated into the flags of many of the Swiss Cantons. As are other emblems, such as keys and lambs, that were particularly important to the Knights Templar.
The Swiss were and are famous for their religious tolerance – and so were the Templars.” [4]
We believe Alan is right. Ever looked at their branding? We give you the Swiss flag.
We give you the flag the Templars originally adopted later on after the Crusaders had used it for some time, which then gave way to the flag of Savoy, and then the Swiss flag.
We finally give you the last rendition of the flag of the Knights Templar they used.
Now, that is rather wild. Especially, given how the final flag they used appears. The White Guelphs and the Black Guelphs were warring right about this timeframe. You know the factions that Dante wrote about! Were the Templars the coalescing factor of the Guelph factions? Were they willingly, secretly moving an agenda along that included building out Switzerland, hiding precious artifacts and wealth, creating Freemasonry, and preparing the new Freemasonic order for its eventual teleportation across the pond into America? We are certain at least most of these may have a ring of possibility and probability. We are also certain that the Templars had an ocean’s worth of occult awareness, much more than the average Guelph Church adherent had.
The Templars very likely, made their way into a Freemasonic silent resurgence in pockets of Switzerland, Germany, and Scotland, and elsewhere.
To get down to the brass tacks, what did they believe? What did the Templars know? What was their significance to ancient history and what eerie similarities exist between their secret society and others past and present? Well, let’s give a blow-by-blow of what transpired chronologically and then dive head first into the accusations made against them in the order.
Here is what happened from the morning the Templars began to be arrested:
As for the accusations lobbied by the Church and King Philip IV against the Templars, there are a lot of great sources for this information. One of our favorite books on the topic of the Templars, due to her weaved explanations and straight-to-the-point dispensation of research, is Tracy Twyman’s Baphomet the Temple Mystery Unveiled, in which she so neatly outlines,
“It was, in many ways, the greatest political scandal of European history, and certainly the most bizarre. The charges included sodomy, infanticide and other murders, kissing a goat’s behind, spitting and urinating on the cross, invoking the Devil, and worshipping a demonic idol, as well as denying Christ, the Virgin, the Saints, and God himself. The alleged perpetrators were the members of one of the richest and most powerful entities on the continent, an enormous transnational business enterprise that had begun as a holy order of fighting monks receiving its authority directly from the Pope, largely responsible for the success, and then the failure, of the Crusades to capture Jerusalem for Christendom. After 200 years, their power and wealth had swelled to the point where it seemed they feared no one, not even the king of France himself. That was about to change.
At dawn on Friday the 13th, 1307, the Knights Templar in France were arrested en masse by King Philip IV’s seneschals. Philip was out to get the order. He owed them a lot of money, and they had embarrassed him by refusing him membership to their club. Now he planned to use his influence on the papacy to have them disbanded. He had already sent in spies to join the order and see if there was any truth to the rumors: that there was something unholy about the Templar initiation ceremony. What his spies reported back would make anyone’s hair stand on end.
When the stories of the spies are combined with the confessions of the tortured knights, a remarkably cohesive, if horrific, pattern begins to form. The Templars apparently had a secret Rule, different than the one given to them by their patron, Saint Bernard of Clairvaux. Outwardly, they were Christian warriormonks, pledged to fight for the protection and expansion of Christendom, and to adhere to an extremely ascetic lifestyle. Inwardly though, it seemed, they practiced anti-Christian rites.
It was said that at initiation new recruits were forced to kiss the naked behind of one of their new brothers, although sometimes the backside of a goat or a cat was substituted. They were made to spit upon the Cross, revoke their Christian baptism, and denounce Jesus. They were then introduced to their new savior, whom they were to worship. It was a “head” of some sort named “Baphomet.” None of the inquisitors knew what that meant at the time, and no translation was offered by any of the confessors.
This “Baphomet” head was variously said to be that of a bearded man, a woman, a goat, or a demon with leathery skin. Some said that it had two or three faces, or that it had “feet.” While it was generally described as a mummified flesh-and-blood relic of some sort, others said that it was a skull, or that it was made of brass or gold, or that it was merely a painting of a head. All witnesses agreed that it was terrifying to behold. They said that the head “prophesied” to them during the ceremonies, and gave them “wisdom.” They believed that it “made them rich” and “caused the land to germinate.”
By November 1307, even the Grand Master of the Templars himself, Jacques de Molay had confessed to these charges, and more. Pope Clement had heard enough. He issued a bull ordering the arrest of all Templars in eight countries, including England, Ireland, Portugal, Italy and Germany. On August 12, 1308, he drew up a list of 127 offenses with which they were charged. In addition to the various acts of blasphemy, heresy, sodomy and murder already discussed, they were also accused of treasonous dealings with the Muslim enemy during the Crusades, the Saracens. Trials dragged on for another five years. Many recanted their confessions, including that of the Grand Master, and those knights who did so were put to death in brutal ways. As he burned at the stake in 1314, Grand Master Jacques De Molay uttered a curse against Pope Clement and King Philip, prophesying that they would both die within a year. They did.
Other knights stuck to their confessions, and were rewarded with lenient sentences of monastic penance not much different from the ascetic lifestyle they were already used to. The order was officially disbanded by the Pope, its property given over to other monastic orders. So ended what was once the greatest military and economic power in Europe.” [5]
Now some of that is just weird sounding. But, are these things the Templars were accused of, and also confessed to, true or a smokescreen or curtain? What gives with the severed head called Baphomet?
Before Éliphas Lévi drew his rendition of the deity known as Baphomet (below) in his 1856 seminal Dogme et Rituel de la Haute Magie, this head was most often explained as a bearded man’s head. Lévi made it look like this goat-looking hermaphrodite deity. Pay attention to the hands pointing up and down and the two intertwining serpents like a figure 8:
Lévi’s book Dogme et Rituel de la Haute Magie also brought us a gem called the Seal of Solomon, which is very telling in terms of ‘As above, So below’. This is a very commonly used occult saying that we will break down at some point in more detail, which we believe is used because the elites know what the work of Nikola Tesla and the mathematics of Marko Rodin have confirmed. . . the universe and everything within it has a creator. It is an intelligent design. Mathematics proves it.
We live in a toroidal universe (perhaps, as mentioned to Marko Rodin after one of his speeches by a contemporary of his, a double-toroidal universe because of + and -). At least one toroid is a definite though, this we are 100% certain of here at Reality Snitch because the sacred math of 3-6-9 confirms it without a shadow of a doubt. We are moving through its insides in the motion of figure eight (8) on its side, or an infinity sign. Likely propelled by the spin of vortices.
Perhaps if it is a double toroid, when we break free of the negative polarity and jettison into the positive, or vice versa, we remain in that one toroid for some time.
Now, if we cut that single toroid in half like a donut, straight down the middle. . . Stay with us, don’t run out of the house for those free Krispy Kremes as a trade-off for getting VAIDs just yet. . . We would move through those funnels like a sideways figure 8.

Now if, as was pointed out to Marko Rodin, it is not just one toroid, but two stacked atop each other as we mentioned in a previous post and this one, this would give even more credence to “As Above, So Below”.
So to bring it back like a boomerang, was Éliphas Lévi tasked with encoding the tale of Baphomet with occult knowledge of the grand design to give it meaning? Could he possibly have done it to hide some of the strange practices by the Templars? Possibly so. Multiple sources have hinted that this head was the head they carried around was the head of John the Baptist. Why does this sound plausible? John the Baptist was executed by beheading on the island of Patmos. The Templars were a part of a Gnostic sect in the Holy Land called the Johannites. The Johannites were followers of John the Baptist and were declared heretical by the Church. Go figure.
Many believe the story that the Church was trying to hide by doing this was the truth that John the Baptist was co-messiah with Jesus/Yeshua and that they perhaps even became rivals at some point.
The head of John the Baptist would have held especially significance for Templars in their rituals then, and if Jesus/Yeshua was his rival, that would explain the odd rites of passage wherein the Templars would have spit on the cross and denied Jesus/Yeshua. Baphomet as a name is quite similar to Baptist. That is quirky to note, but the relevance likely is a connection to wisdom. Some historians say Baphomet was a coded Hebrew word for the motherly divine known as Sophia, goddess of wisdom and intelligence. Since the Gnostics believed in Sophia, and the Templars were Gnostic, this is a very plausible case for the meaning of Baphomet. Remember the word ‘Gnostic’ means ‘to know’ or ‘knowing the mysteries’. And presumedly, knowing the mysteries would provide adherents with wisdom.
Yet there is one more appurtenant explanation for Baphomet, and for this again we go to Tracy’s work. This one tie-in regarding ‘Mete’ is interesting, Tracy dug into Joseph von Hammer-Purgstall’s work so we didn’t have to,
“Hammer-Purgstall’s “Baphometic Idols,” as they were later called by other authors, consisted mostly of statuettes, coffers and cups presenting strange images of inhuman figures. Seven of the images show only a head, and in two of these cases it is a head with two faces, much akin to the descriptions given by some Templars of the Baphomet head. Many of them were decorated with scenes of bizarre sexual ceremonies of a seemingly religious nature. The figures presented were in some cases covered all over their bodies with multiple eyes, or with serpents.
One image that Hammer-Purgstall found used repeatedly was said by him to represent Baphomet, or, rather, “Mete,” as he decoded it. The images he found show an androgynous figure wearing a cape, often crowned with towers a la the goddess Cybele of the ancient world, though sometimes with horns instead. In several versions this person is holding in each hand a chain connected to the sky. While the figure appears female in one version, in the others it is shown with a beard, making it quite clear that it was meant to be taken as androgynous. Other items found by Hammer-Purgstall in the form of statues, which he called “idols” of Mete, also depict a bearded and horned figure with breasts. This, then, may have been why Eliphas Levi chose to depict Baphomet in this way.
Arabic, Greek, and Latin inscriptions were found among these images too. One in particular brings to mind the confessions of the Knights Templar about Baphomet. Hammer-Purgstall translated it into Latin, and then 1865, Thomas Wright, in his book Worship of the Generative Powers, translated it thusly:
Let Mete be exalted, who causes things to bud and blossom! He is our root; it is one and seven; abjure (the faith), and abandon thyself to all pleasures.
You will recall that some confessing Templars said Baphomet “caused the land to germinate.” Hammer-Purgstall believed that the Templars had been secret practitioners of a fringe religious movement called “Ophite Gnosticism.” The word “Mete” in the translation above was a Greek word for “wisdom.” He believed “Baphomet” was an allusion to a Gnostic rite of “Bapho Metis,” a “Baptism of Wisdom.”
The root syllable “met” in “Baphomet” has also been connected by some linguists to the name of the sun god Mithras, worshipped by some Gnostics as an incarnation of divine wisdom. Thus Aleister Crowley’s alternative interpretation of Baphomet as meaning “Father Mithras” can be considered part of the same family of translations. More recently Dr. Hugh Schonfield, known for his work on the Dead Sea Scrolls, also proffered an interpretation that again led back to this concept of divine wisdom or Gnosis. He said that “Baphomet,” when transliterated into Aramaic and fed through the Atbash cipher (in which the value of the alphabet is inverted, it yields the word “Sophia,” another Greek word meaning “wisdom.” Ina similar vein, Sufi scholar Idries Shah has suggested that the Templars were influenced by Islamic Sufism, and that the word “Baphomet” came from the Arabic abufihamat, meaning “father of understanding.” This, again, connects to Eliphas Levi’s interpretation of Baphomet’s name, involving the code that supposedly yields the words “father of universal understanding among men” (in Latin).
It seems as if all of these translations and interpretations of Baphomet, although arrived at in entirely different ways, all yield the same sort of meaning. So exactly what is this hidden “wisdom” principle that Baphomet has always been associated with, which the Templars allegedly venerated and utilized? It will take the rest of this book for us to unravel this for you as best we can. Our story starts where, supposedly, time and space began: at the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil in the Garden of Eden.” [7]
The Mithras connection is intriguing. As we’ve pointed out the similarities of the Statue of Liberty and Mithras from Persia. Yet, we find in this passage another nod to Sophia as well.
Here’s where it gets mind-boggling. There were a people called the Métis who were mixed-race Scottish, English, or French mixed with the indigenous people of Canada who fought against the settlement of their land in Rupert’s Land by the Hudson Bay Company and North West Company. If you click that ‘Métis’ link above, you will see the infinity sign flag these people flew. Regardless of the controversy surrounding that flag design, you cannot deny the name Métis means, like Mete and Sophia, wisdom. What did they have wisdom and knowledge about? A previous worldwide empire that maybe sank beneath the waves? Interesting thing to call them, no?
Templars Legends
Atlantis
We will second what the current Grand Master of the Knights Templar Timothy Hogan and America Unearthed’s Scott Wolter stated when they teamed up for their Gaia show titled Mysteries of the Knights Templar, and that is that the Templars knew about Atlantis. They were part of the early exploration of the Americas to set up a new Atlantis.
The current Grandmaster of the Knights Templar Timothy Hogan takes the lead on the show, and it’s better that way because Scott Wolter has been accused of stretching the truth regarding a few things in his life that prove his credibility. That could be a way to make him seem like an entertainer and not serious about his research too though. However, take that with a grain of salt, as Wolter’s show America Unearthed was an H2/Travel Channel show. It’s entertainment! All of these shows, like Ancient Aliens on the History Channel and America Unearthed, need to have suspense and a great story to capture the dwindling attention span of Americans. Here are some of the highlights of the circumstantial evidence/historical tales posited on the show Mysteries of the Knights Templar, linking the Templars to Atlantis:
The Templars had been created because they and the Church were aware that there was a prediluvian worldwide civilization during the times of Noah, and that it had collapsed due to a catastrophic flood. The Templars were charged with finding the technology and philosophy of this prediluvian civilization. They did this by digging for artifacts and collecting them from where others said they were hidden.
Templars came from the Albigensians who were Gnostic and they were more into spirituality and this lost knowledge than the Holy Land itself. This caused them to seek out people similar in mindset. The Templars came into contact with The Brothers of the East, or Order of the East, which was a group that originally came from Greece. The Brothers of the East were established in 1057 in the Church of Saint Sergius and Bacchus which was built by an alchemist and was placed upon an octagonal base. There were Gnostic, Pythagorean, and sacred geometry ideas built into this building. They were in Constantinople when the Templars met them.
The Templar Red Cross is a symbol that is found throughout the ancient world. Used by the gods of Egypt and in Sumer by the Annunaki, the gods of Sumer, it was prominent in rock carvings and writings. In ancient Sumer, the cross related to an ancient alchemical science in Sumer called GRA.AL (what many believe is the Holy Grail).
The Brothers of the East recognized the Templars by signs and handshakes that had been passed down from ancient times and kept within Gnostic orders. When Hugues de Payens and Godefroy de Saint-Omer went to Constantinople after learning all of these symbols and handshakes, they were able to exchange them with the Brothers of the East. There were blueprints laid out by a Johannite named Theoclete for what they had to do next to create the Templars.
Templars were told to go to Jerusalem for their next stage. The Cremona document from the Scrolls of Onteora talks about Hugues de Payens, Godfroy de Saint-Omer, and 5 other knights going to and entering the South wall of Jerusalem and following a tunnel into a secret ancient ritual chamber tomb. There they found artifacts including ancient scrolls and knowledge, instruments, gold, and the remains of John the Baptist.
The first 9 years that the Templars were in the Holy Land, all they did was dig, dig, dig. Undergoing many archeological digs, they were searching for things concealed there in antiquity.
The Johns of the Bible were all entrusted with carrying forward John the Baptist’s knowledge and his tradition in the Johannite religion.
Babylonian traditions talked about the legend of the fish god Oannes, who after the flood came to Mesopotamia from the sea of the Persian Gulf and shared technology and wisdom with the survivors of the flood, delegating the title of priest-king to certain people. This is hypothesized as being the survivors of Atlantis who came to places all over the world after the flood's destruction to help humanity get started again, sharing ancient knowledge.
The first nine years of the Templars all they did was archaeological digs around and under the Temple Mount. This led them to Abydos Egypt to meet with Coptic Christians (ironically there is another Church of Saint Sergius and Bacchus there as well), to Lebanon, and elsewhere like Northern Turkey to meet with Sabaeans who were preserving the seeds of humanity with Göbekli Tepe and Karahan Tepe.
When the Templars were digging around Jerusalem, they came across cylinders/jars like the Nag Hammadi texts, which ended up being their discovery of the Zohar of ancient Jewish mysticism that is a part of Kabbalah. Inside the Zohar was information about land across the Atlantic, that the Earth is round, and many other buried truths.
Two and a half miles away from Gōbekli Tepe they found another site of ruins that had Templar symbols carved into them. All these ancient sites that are in Ancient Turkey were deliberately buried around the same time as the Younger Dryas cataclysm.
The Templars retrieved 6 of the 10 Arks of the Covenant - which likely broadcasted free energy during the time of Atlantis. These devices were powered by Manna or what was likely monoatomic elements. Monoatomic elements were created by alchemy (what became known as chemistry).
Templars came into contact with Druids, Sufi predecessors, and mystic sects of Lebanon that preserved Phoenician/Canaanite knowledge, legends, and customs.
Manna or monoatomic elements are edible platinum metals that are in a monoatomic state. This happens when atoms do not bind with other atoms because they are in a high spin state - known as a Cooper pair when two outer electrons do not bind with other atoms, it causes the other atoms to spin wildly and become superconductors. Manna has an anti-gravity effect if these monoatomic elements are hit with an electrostatic charge. This powder causes anything it is put on to be subject to levitation, wild. This is likely the secret to ancient stone structures.
Egyptian pharaohs are shown with conical cakes of powder that they eat and this is monoatomic gold.
The people who guarded the Ark in the Bible are known as the Levites where we get the word Levitation.
The Templars brought the idea of Isis and Horus back and incorporated it through the image of Mary and Jesus into the Christian religion.
Templars carved the black Madonnas to match the black basalt images of Isis and Horus in Egypt (Brasil has one of these on display at Aparecida do Norte and one of us has seen it with our own two eyes more than once).
America was to become the new Atlantis. The Templars came to map America and that is why the Rune stone was found in Minnesota. Sir Francis Bacon was a Templar and that is why he wrote the treatise called The New Atlantis.
The Native American tribes and the Mayans had contact with the Templars 400 years before Columbus, had the same traditions as the Templars/Masons, and also had the same Masonic-style hand grips for shaking hands.
Templars had an artifact that had a nail in it, the inscription on it read “Quetzalcoatl”- the Mayan feathered/plumed serpent god who was also portrayed as a bearded white man who came to the Maya after a cataclysm on a “raft of serpents” and brought them wisdom and the knowledge to build civilization.
The Templars interbred with the Native Americans (we have to wonder if that is where the Metis culture who fought the Hudson Bay Company in Canada came about).
These are just absolutely stunning connections. It is all just amazing.
What else corroborates this string of Templar and Atlantis connections pulled from the aether by Wolter and Hogan and the producers/writers at Gaia?
Diocletian Silva, a Portuguese fisherman and amateur sailor, found something quite interesting on his fish finder one day passing between islands in the Azores. The Azores sit precariously at the edge of a bump-out on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. Let’s put it this way, if Atlantis is anywhere, it would be here and would make so much sense. Below is a map of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, showing the protruding eastward Azores almost directly across from the Straits of Gibraltar, followed by the video of the Portuguese amateur sailor whose fishfinder picked up anomalies on the ocean floor with subtitles. This story was promised to be followed up by dives and examination by the Portuguese Navy. The story was dismissed and buried relatively quickly within a couple of years.
Why this is interesting? Well, first off we return to the idea that Portugal (Por tu gral) was a Templar state. It was also the place where Templars could find refuge when they were being persecuted. It is where the Age of Discovery was truly launched. If the Templars did indeed have knowledge that they recovered from their archeological digs inferencing or establishing that the Azores were the site of the capital of the worldwide networking empire known as Atlantis, then Portugal would have been a priceless piece of land for them to obtain.
In addition, the Azores are right at the point that Plato’s Timaeus and Critias states that Atlantis was,
“. . . a legendary island in the Atlantic Ocean, lying west of the Strait of Gibraltar. The principal sources for the legend are two of Plato’s dialogues, Timaeus and Critias. In the former, Plato describes how Egyptian priests, in conversation with the Athenian lawgiver Solon, described Atlantis as an island larger than Asia Minor and Libya combined, and situated just beyond the Pillars of Hercules (the Strait of Gibraltar).” [9]
Situated just beyond the Pillars of Hercules would mean the Azores. Many dots line up there that make us wonder if the knowledge of Atlantis’s true existence was held closely and guarded by the Knights Templar order as a wealth of wisdom. We wouldn’t be surprised the least if the Ark(s) that Scott Wolter and Timothy Hogan in Mysteries of the Knights Templar state the Templars attained were not the only riches in the form of special relics.
The Bloodline of Jesus and the Honeybee Connect
The 1982 book The Holy Blood and The Holy Grail, written by Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh, and Henry Lincoln, makes some controversial claims. Among them are that Jesus fathered children with Mary Magdelene and his bloodline arose in the dynastic rule of France. According to the book, these “Jesus” descendants married into French (Germanic) nobility families and became known as the Merovingian dynasty. The long-haired Merovingians were the bloodline of Yeshua. This claim is paired with the claim that an ancient order called the Priory of Sion (which had for some time also gone by the name Ormus) created the Templars to try and restore the Merovingian bloodlines to the thrones of France and the rest of Europe to rule, as they truly have the divine right to rule and should have never lost their ruling position to the Carolingians. Like many others, some of these claims are simply how these authors lined up the dots.
Laurence Gardner, writer of the book Bloodline of the Holy Grail (whom we have much more respect for in his research), also claims that Jesus married and had children with Mary Magdelene. The claims from Wolter and Hogan’s Gaia show Mysteries of the Knights Templar regarding Manna and monoatomic elements used in conjunction with any Ark of the Covenant likely comes from Gardner’s book Lost Secrets of the Sacred Ark. We think Gardner is dead on regarding the closely held secrets of alchemists and Bible stories of Moses (we will discuss if that was his true name later in writings). According to Gardner, the Manna which in the Bible fell from heaven is a metaphorical story about the use of monoatomic elements put through a chemical reaction and then used for spiritual purposes.
Manna is also loosely referred to as Ormus. The same name that the Priory of Sion originally had. Hmmm, ain’t that some shit.
We also find it intriguing that Gardner links the Annunaki from Sumer and Uruk into his overall picture, especially the stories of Enlil and Enki, the two brother gods from Eridu in ancient Mesopotamia (Sumer) written about in Sumerian tablets who created Adam and Eve, in EDIN or Eden. Homeboy Sir Laurence Gardner gets into it in this post (a great read), stating that ‘messiahs’ back in the day were also known as ‘dragons’ because they would be anointed on the middle of the forehead where the third eye resides with the fat of a crocodile (or dragon). These people, according to Gardner, in the mystery schools of Mesopotamia and Egypt were priests and kings or “Cains”. And, they were descendants of the Annunaki.
So then were Jesus/Yeshua and John the Baptist both priests of this Dragon Court? In Greek ‘christos’ means anointed with oil and has an equivalent translation of ‘messiah’.
We love to dig into symbols and examine disparate connections that others may have overlooked in our writing. Well then, let’s examine something that Baigent, Leigh, and Lincoln’s book The Holy Blood and The Holy Grail doesn’t quite connect and proffer it as a hypothesis. In their book, they state that the Merovingian kings of France adored the usage of the honeybee as a symbol. They state,
“One of the most sacred of Merovingian symbols was the bee; and King Childeric's tomb contained no less than three hundred miniature bees made of solid gold. Along with the tomb's other contents, these bees were entrusted to Leopold Wilhelm von Habsburg, military governor of the Austrian Netherlands at the time and brother of the Emperor Ferdinand III. Eventually most of Childeric's treasure was returned to France. And when he was crowned emperor in 1804 Napoleon made a special point of having the golden bees affixed to his coronation robes.” [11]
Bees. . . That’s interesting! It is what the fleur-de-lis secretly is as well.

Why else is that interesting, the bit with the bees? Because who else really venerated the bee? None other than the Egyptian pharaohs and the priests of the Cult of Min-Amun (also known at times as the Cult of Amun or the Cult of Amun-Ra).

Min was a Nubian fertility god who became associated with the creator god Amun, and Min has honeybee relevance. According to Historicaleve.com’s piece on bee symbolism in Egypt,
“Moreover, the significance of bees in the cult of the god Min is evident, as some of his priests held titles related to honey and bees.
Similar to other cultures, the ancient Egyptians regarded the queen bee as a male animal. Perhaps, the organization of these insects and the care of their offspring served as a model for the Egyptian monarch and his court.
Since the First Dynasty, the bee was part of one of the five names of the king (Nesut bity), translated as “the one of the Reed and the Bee.” Here, the bee symbolizes Lower Egypt (the North), while the reed represents Upper Egypt (the South). This title has appeared since very early periods.” [10]
When we read that, it sounds like bees were crucial to both pharaohs and the priest class. Bees were important in the land of Kemet/Egypt. Search on any web browser. Isn’t it odd that the Templars spent so much time in Northern Africa in Egypt? Like with the Coptic Christians? If Jesus/Yeshua had offspring, and the Templars were to protect that bloodline, couldn’t it be possible that Yeshua/Jesus’s bloodline was not the only one? The Merovingians likely represented the bloodlines of a few of the dynasties of the priest and pharaoh castes in Egypt. We’ll revisit this with a little knowledge drop later on regarding Atenism.
Lest we not forget, that Laurence Gardner writer of Bloodline of the Holy Grail insisted in his writing and speeches that Jesus/Yeshua was a priest of an order or two, not just the Essenes but also ancient religions from Egypt.
Perhaps, one of the Templars’ jobs was to document and preserve the bloodlines of “those from heaven to earth came” (Enki, Enlil, and the Annunaki) as author and linguist Zecharia Sitchin stated in his book The 12th Planet.
Rex Deus
A show-stopping story goes like this. The powerful Albigensian/Cathar families who were in the Cistercian order and created the Knights Templar were descended from Rex Deus or Star Families. These families are associated again with the bloodline of Yeshua/Jesus. These families were Jewish families who buried many sacred treasures all over Jerusalem before immigrating to Europe in places like France to avoid the tyrant Roman Emperor known as Titus in 70 AD. The Templars dug for these artifacts in the Holy Land.
People often forget that Jewish comes from Judea and the Kingdom of Judah or Yehudi. That’s where the word originates. If they did, they would realize it placed the true Jews more southernly in the Levant earlier in their history, and closer to Egypt.
You see the Templars were archaeologists and treasure hunters. For the first 9 years the Templars were in the Holy Land they scraped and dug at the earthen areas of ruin where Solomon’s Temple and stables were located. According to ancient-origins.net, the Templars had 4 trunks full of treasures they brought to Scotland, which supposedly are still underneath Rosslyn Chapel. Hugues de Payens wed Catherine de Saint Clair and it is proffered that both of their families were Star Families or Rex Deus. Originally the 4 trunks were in the Sinclair castle but that burned to the ground. There was no waiting; the construction of Rosslyn Chapel was immediately begun and the four treasure chest boxes were moved underneath its floors. Rosslyn Chapel was built by the Sinclair clan and was made to look like Herod’s Temple or the 2nd Temple of Jerusalem.
Remember that the Templars are most closely associated, during their existence and even after as reemerged Freemasons, with Portugal, France, the Holy Land, Scotland, Brazil, Northern America, and Switzerland. This is where the most tantalizing disparate pieces of evidence for who they were, what their purpose was/is, and where they went to reside.
So where did the Rex Deus or Star Families originate then? According to Tim Wallace-Murphy and Marilyn Hopkins, writers of Custodians of Truth: The Continuance of Rex Deus, the discovery of the Pyramid Texts of Egypt revealed some truths about Rex Deus. They state in their knowledge-loaded book,
“The search for the true roots of the Rex Deus tradition begins in ancient Egypt, where we find the earliest demonstrable source of a sustained system of initiation preserved by a hereditary priesthood. This tradition passed its teachings down to the world’s three major religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.” [11]
Rex Deus goes back to the Theban priesthood at Karnak, guaranteed. We are getting somewhere juicy. Because we believe all power structures and bloodlines go back through the Levant area into Egypt, Anatolia, and Babylon - but especially Persian-controlled Egypt and Babylon. Reality Snitch is going to stitch all these loosely gathered swatches of fabric together into a quilt of overstanding at some point, and it is going to be as brilliant as the Sun we have worshipped, admonished against staring directly at, and created multiple gods as stand-ins for.
We return now to the Cult of Aten. Dipping into the densely compacted wisdom of Custodians of Truth: The Continuance of Rex Deus by Tim Wallace-Murphy and Marilyn Hopkins again, we find the link between Atenism (the monotheistic religion created by Egyptian Pharoah Akhenaten), the Levites (‘levitation’/Ark of Covenant carriers), and the Jewish people and religion. They state,
“When we read the scriptural accounts of the religion followed by the Jews during the Exodus, we find more direct links between it and Atenism. First, there is the creation of the hereditary priesthood based upon the tribe of Levi. As we mentioned earlier, Egyptian priests were a hereditary caste who acted as guardians of sacred knowledge. the Levitic hereditary priestly clan was created by extending the rank, rights, and privileges of the Atenist priesthood to their Levitic successors in exile who, as we shall see, continued the transmission of sacred wisdom among their number in the traditional manner . . .
The Ten Commandments listed in Exodus again display distinct Egyptian origins. Suspiciously, they mirror passages in the Egyptian Book of the Dead, which lists the principles attested to by souls being assessed by the court of Osiris after death:
I have done no falsehood against men,
I have not impoverished (robbed) my associates,
I have not killed.
In Exodus we read the equivalent:
Thou shall not kill.
Thou shall not steal.
Thou shall not bear witness against thy neighbor.
(Exodus 20:13, 15, 16)
As Judaism has traditionally claimed the Ten Commandments, while universal in application, were a divine revelation made uniquely to the chosen people, this strange comparison certainly strengthens the hypothesis that Judaism is a direct evolution from the religion of Akhenaten.” [12]
So, where does that leave us? Wondering if Rex Deus is the bloodline of a priest class that came out of Egypt and ended up burying stuff of high importance all around Jerusalem before they bailed under the threat of Rome. And wondering if the Merovingians were part of that bloodline along with the bloodline descendants that Jesus/Yeshua indeed had. Also thinking Jesus/Joshua/Yeshua/Iésous maybe was a priest out of Egypt, right? Yeah. Egyptologists have debated over the years if Egypt was either: monotheistic (one god only), monolatristic (the existence of many gods, only one worshipped), henotheistic (acceptance of one god, without denying the existence of others), or syncretistic (merging many gods into a single or group entity of gods).
We think it was different things at different times. Akhenaten kind of shook things up. Bringing in monotheism in 1300 BC to Egypt never made much sense. We also always thought it was odd that Akhenaten’s depiction in his carved bust looked odd. The explanation mainstream historians give about the depiction of how he looked was an elongated face to make him seem more regal was horseshit. Maybe the reason he looked like that was he wasn’t Egyptian in the sense of being from Egypt. Perhaps, he was a pharaoh from another place. Oddly, he created monotheism in 1300 BC, and there is only one place where a version of monotheism (that was more like monolatrism) existed before this time in Egypt. And, that is in Persia with Zoroastrianism. Which was created sometime around 1500 BC or before.
It is documented that the priest class venerated henotheism before Akhenaten. Just look at all the existing gods: Isis, Horus, Osiris, Ra, Ma’at, and so on. Also, the priest class practiced syncretism because Amun was known for having been married to the Kushite Min as Min-Amun or Amun-Ra as a marriage of Ra, the principal deity, to the Theban Amun demonstrates. Akhenaten brought in this idea of monotheism, but we know there was pushback (supposedly) and this period of his existence and rule was likely monolatristic. Regardless of what Akhenaten wanted.
If Akhenaten is Moses from the Bible, and we promise you there is a ton of compelling evidence pointing in that direction (this theory and this theory make so much sense), then it would be likely that he and his followers were the priest class “forced” out of Egypt as being the Israelites, headed for Jerusalem with their jealous God, rules numbering 10 Commandments (like the Egyptian Book of the Dead and Ma’at), and precious artifacts.
But, what if. . . he wasn’t forced out? What if the period of Akhenaten was a period of preparation by syncretizing some attributes of all their known gods (and keeping some separate for later to reemerge as maybe saints), so they could exit and move up and into the Levant? What if they also brought the descendants of the Thebean Karnak-mystery-school priest class bloodline (of which there were supposedly 24 lines of descendence) with them?
Rex Deus families of Cathar origin are those original Egyptian priest class bloodlines who came out of Egypt and settled in Jerusalem. They were the beginning of the Knights Templar who went and dug up the relics of their forefathers in Jerusalem during the Crusades. Of these priest-class bloodlines came Yeshua, who likely had kids like all the other priests of that caste system. These bloodlines were a part of the diaspora from the Levant of Egyptian priests and pharaohs who became French Merovingians.
Akhenaten was like a revolution, he stirred up dust so that people couldn’t see the most important Egyptian heritage made its way out of Egypt for the Westward expansion. What gives us the hint that this was perhaps under the tutelage of deeply embedded Persians assisting is the concept of a form of monotheism from Persia called Zoroastrianism that Zarathustra started. You have our word that we will dig deeply into the Persian back-and-forth with other empires during history at some point here on Reality Snitch, as some consolidation likely happened with the Satraps and Achaemenid and Sassanid empires. Ammo is gathering both in our writing and also behind the scenes.
A shit ton sure lines up there. Just sayin’ that if it is Egyptian and Persian ancient elite families running shit, the dollar bill sure shows a few clues. The pyramid is one. And, there are others like the Persian symbol for Cyrus the Great, the first conqueror of Egypt from the Persian Achaemenid Empire.
Rex Deus is the Templars, Rex Deus are ancient Jewish families, and the ancient Jewish families are Egyptian monarchy and priests. Mind blown. Perhaps those later Egyptians were actually under Persian control as the great assimilators during the Satropies. Noted.
Alchemical Secrets
The claim has been made by many people other than just Laurence Gardner that the use of monoatomic elements (or Starfire) in antiquity was of utmost importance and that the Templars gained alchemical knowledge from Egypt that they held closely to their red-cross-covered hearts.
Manna or Ormus (it has had a few names), created from an alchemical process involving monoatomic elements, has been hypothesized to be the substance responsible for many of the amazing depictions and allegories in Egyptian glyphs and Bible stories. In addition, historians have hypothesized that at the top of Mount Horeb (also known as Mount Sinai), an al(chem)ical factory or (chem)istry lab existed, which produced this white powder that is known as Ormus or Manna. Manna was likely made from gold and platinum. Geesh, I wonder why these two metals have had so much value throughout time? This is why Moses went up the mountain to talk to God. The powder was described in many ways, such as conical cakes eaten by Egyptian pharaohs, a (philosopher’s) stone, or a white powder.
Manna can be made out of the most precious metals. These metals are known as noble metals. According to an amazing speech given by Sir Laurence Gardner, a batch made from certain metals is not as special or important as one made from gold, as noted in this Bitchute video from the Nexus Conference in 2003 in the Netherlands and the below in the video titled ORMUS | Lost Secrets of the Sacred Ark | Laurence Gardner. It is our humble opinion that the Bitchute one is primo Laurence Gardner. The one below is also good, but the Nexus Conference presentation was so on point that he was dead on his game. [13]
The substance is made through a chemical process, and the powder that remains afterward is superconductive. According to Wikipedia,
“A noble metal is ordinarily regarded as a metallic chemical element that is generally resistant to corrosion and is usually found in nature in its raw form. Gold, platinum, and the other platinum group metals (ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium) are most often so classified. Silver, copper, and mercury are sometimes included as noble metals, but each of these usually occurs in nature combined with sulfur.” [14]
The elements of the periodic table that don’t mind having their atoms kick it solo are known as monoatomic. Diatomic elements love to clique up in pairs like the gasses oxygen and hydrogen. That’s why they are established as O2 or H2. This substance called Manna was not only known in Egypt it was also known and used in Mesopotamia, where it was known as Shem-an-na, an-na, or high-ward fire-stone. In both Mesopotamia and Egypt, it is shown in reliefs as being served in cakes. It is so funny to watch web browsers try to hide this knowledge with returned searches nearly clogging the first page results with this bullshit here. Why can’t we know that everything in the material world, including ourselves, is all made from stardust and we harnessed it for levitation?
We explain this substance’s importance by revisiting a different interview of Grand Master of the Knights Templar Timothy Hogan from the Gaia Mysteries of the Knights Templar show. Same guy we mentioned in the Atlantis section above. This video shows the theories of Egyptian pharaohs’ monoatomic elements usage to make a cake they ate (known to them as MFKTZ); the likelihood that the Templars understood and practiced the alchemical sciences to make Manna/Ormus; Manna being a superconductor due to the formation of Cooper Pairs that powered the Ark of the Covenant.
The Ark was filled with this Manna and was so electrically powerful it could kill people or help items including itself become weightless or even levitate due to the superconductivity of these monoatomic elements. It is posited by Hogan in the other Templar series on Gaia with Scott Wolter that the Biblical guardians of the Ark, known as Levites, are where we get the word (levi)tation from too. These are pretty fascinating theories. [15]
When it comes to the Ark of the Covenant, it has been kicked around by alternative research circles that there actually was more than one. Researchers like Hogan and others state that there were 10 total Arks of the Covenant and that the Templars recovered 6 out of the 10. It sounds like too fantastical a story, but let’s be honest, something has to explain the Great Pyramid of Giza, Tiwanaku, Rapa Nui, Macchu Picchu, and some other historical, structural anomalies. Some of these we cannot rebuild today even with our current technology. Something HAS to explain it, and to us, hidden sciences involving electro-magnetism and frequency seem the most plausible explanation.
The Manna was supposedly put inside the Ark(s) of the Covenant. The most plausible hypothesis is that this was used to create a repulsing magnetic field that pushed away from the Earth’s magnetic field. This would allow things in its field to become very light, and could even levitate something as heavy as stone.
Green Man
The Templars went far into the East and had priories throughout areas associated with the Celts. They made many associations and adopted many gods from other places. One enigmatic figure who comes up everywhere in the world is known as the Green Man.
The Templars celebrated the Green Man by carving him into stone in many of their 11th-century churches. The origin of the Green Man as a motif likely originated in India, according to Marcia MacDermott. He is also very closely related to the Celtic culture. He may be from a much more ancient time, possibly one of a worldwide culture that existed before a global calamity occurred. MacDermott states that Arab empires brought the Green Man from the East in India through the Middle East and into Europe, the Mediterranean, and even Africa. He has been found as far as the limits of China on the edge of the Gobi Desert.
What he represents is man’s symbiotic relationship with nature. Also, the death and rebirth cycles that nature and therefore man go through. It is most definitely a pagan symbol, but not one that gives away too much detail. The Templars adopted his visage as they were open-minded and receptive to learning from all the cultures they visited.
Affiliations with Sufis and Hashshashins
Speaking of the Templars going to far-flung places, there remains one order that is notorious for guiding the fate of the kings of the ancient Middle East and Islam, with whom the Templars met, and likely even traded knowledge and skillsets. The Hashshashin Order we have touched upon in previous writings. They were a sect of Persian killers. The word Hashshashin is where we get the word ‘assassin’ from because this sect was known for its clever means of killing people of high importance.
A bunch of hashish-smoking, murderous regulators. Sorry you know us, we have to inject some humor. I can hear Warren G now. . . Regulators, mount up!
We wrote this about the Hashshashins in our previous post Wealth, Power, and World Development -Maritime Dominance: Part 4 (Venice and Genoa’s Long Run) <2nd Installment>,
“In the final year of the Second Crusade in 1149 AD, a wild-assed sect known as the Hashshashins (where the word ‘assassin’ comes from) aligned with the Crusader Prince of Antioch against the Zengid army. The Hashshashins were a mysterious Nizari (Shia) Muslim sect (so, not the dominant Shiite group at this time). They were started by Hasan-i Sabbah and the order was known for smoking hashish and murdering people from a hidden fortress in Persia at the top of the highest mountain in Iran. These people were like the ninjas of the Middle East. They were very skilled in guerilla warfare and assassinations.
The leader of the Hashshashins in Antioch was Ali ibn-Wafa, and he agreed to fight the Zengids with the Prince of Antioch Raymond of Poitiers. The leader of the Zengid army that attacked the undermanned Crusader Antioch army was Nur ad-Din Zangi. Nur ad-Din Zangi’s army caught the Crusader and Hashshashin forces slipping and killed them all in an open field at the Battle of Inab. Both Raymond and Ali ibn-Wafa fought valiantly to the death. The Hashsashins would get stronger and stronger over their next century of importance though, cutting down their Seljuk enemies through the craftiest means.”
The Hashshashins were like ninjas of Persia. They snuck up on people and stabbed the shit out of them, slinked through windows, fired arrows with poison tips from afar, and feigned truces only to turn on people and slit their throats or poison them.
They had some run-ins with the Templars. Since the Crusader territory was right up against their turf in Syria and a location known as Masyaf Castle. The Hashshashins loved the mountain castles where they could have 360-degree views. For example, their base camp Alamut Castle in modern Tehran which was high atop a mountain top above 10,000 feet above sea level, and Atashgah Castle near modern Kashmar.
All in all, it sounds like there was probably a pretty good deal of back and forth between the Templars and Hashshashins. Probably trading tricks of the trade, fighting skills, assassination techniques, elite history, and occult mysteries. Sure there was distrust between the groups during the Hashshashins’ nearly 200-year-long run. Instances recorded of this are the assassinations of King Conrad of Jerusalem in 1192, Count Raymond II of Tripoli (Lebanon) in 1152, and Philip of Montfort, Lord of Tyre in 1270 by the Hashshashins. And when Templars murdered Hashshashin emissaries who visited Jerusalem for a “truce” out of “distrust” in 1171.
Here’s the thing, how do we know that the Templars didn’t use the Hashshashins to take out kings they weren’t fond of? And, how do we know that the Hashshashins working for Nizari Shia Isma'ilis (Fatmid-Shia-associated mystical Sufi Muslims) didn’t use the Templars to take out their undesirables? We don’t. I mean study how unpopular Conrad was with some other leaders like Saladin and Richard the First, King of England when he was voted in by popular vote. He was never even crowned but was set to. Sounds like some people didn’t want him to be. Funny how on the night he died, Hashshashins just happened to know when he left his Bishop friend Philip’s house. He was ambushed on the road and stabbed to death by two Hashshashins. Under torture, one of the Hashshashins indicated Richard the First was behind the hit.
We believe that between the Hashshashins and the Templars, it is a case of the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Both the Crusaders and the Hashshashins were fighting their main enemies, the Seljuk Turks - even though both were Persian. It was Mongke Khan and his brother Hulagu of the Mongols who killed off the Hashshashins for good in 1257.
Now, let’s look at recent history. Isn’t it kind of odd that the West continually works with tyrants and terrorists in the Middle East only to later turn around and depose them? It is almost like in ancient history, similar things were done to keep moving toward a common goalpost for the world. Fake enemies, who are alliances behind the scenes.
Sadam Hussein and his Ba’ath Party were put into power by the US. The Bin Ladens and the Bushes were very close through the Carlyle Group. Some of the last planes allowed to fly out of the U.S. on 9/11 before they closed air space was the Bin Laden family leaving a meeting with the Bushes. Yes. That’s true. Osama Bin Laden (aka Tim Osman) was given weapons to fight the Soviets and the name given to Afghani “freedom fighters” during the war between Soviet Russia and Afghanistan, was Al Qaeda. They were bastards sure, but they were American politicians’ bastard confidants and business partners. Seems like there might be some history there. Or possibly the same people at the top are working with the wealthier factions of the Islamic and Christian worlds.
Interdependency on Venice and the Jesuit Connect
The relationship between the Templars and the Republic of Venice is well-established. Venice and the Templars enjoyed privileges that the Church had granted them only. No other secretive, military-like, banking, or merchant powerhouses had the same liberties as the Templars and Venezia. Pope Innocent II made the Knights Templar association a tax-exempt organization. Venice had the Pactum Warmundi granted by the Church, which as we quoted Wikiwand in our writings on Venice,
“The Pactum granted the Venetians their own church, street, square, baths, market, scales, mill, and oven in every city controlled by the King of Jerusalem, except in Jerusalem itself, where their autonomy was more limited. In the other cities, they were permitted to use their own Venetian scales to conduct business and trade when trading with other Venetians, but otherwise they were to use the scales and prices established by the King. In Acre, they were granted a quarter of the city, where every Venetian "may be as free as in Venice itself." In Tyre and Ascalon (though neither had yet been captured), they were granted one-third of the city and one-third of the surrounding countryside, possibly as many as 21 villages in the case of Tyre. These privileges were entirely free from taxation, but Venetian ships would be taxed if they were carrying pilgrims, and in this case the King would personally be entitled to one-third of the tax. For their help in the siege of Tyre, the Venetians were entitled to 300 "Saracen besants" per year from the revenue of that city. They were permitted to use their own laws in civil suits between Venetians or in cases in which a Venetian was the defendant, but if a Venetian was the plaintiff the matter would be decided in the courts of the Kingdom. If a Venetian was shipwrecked or died in the kingdom, his property would be sent back to Venice rather than being confiscated by the King. Anyone living in the Venetian quarter in Acre or the Venetian districts in other cities would be subject to Venetian law.”
This quote sounds exactly like the preceptories, priories, and Churches commissioned by the Templars and granted by the Church.
The Kingdom of Cyprus was under Templar control following King Richard I’s sale of the strategically placed island to the Templars for 100,000 bezants. Later, the island of Cyprus was sold in 1489 to the Republic of Venice. It is pretty wild that Cyprus today is so synonymous with money laundering and tax evasion. The truths have come to light with stories of BNP Paribas, Russian oligarchs hiding their money there, Fish Farm scandals, and Roman Abramovich.
Throughout history, the Templars and Venice sought each others’ support. Examples are the War of Saint Sabas, where Venice allied with the Templars and Pisans against Genoa. We previously noted in our writing on Venice that when the predecessors of Templars took Jerusalem during the First Crusade (also known as the Peoples’ Crusade) they called on Venice for naval support. The Venetians then took the port of Jaffa in Tel Aviv, Israel.
The Venetians built the Church of Santa Maria in Broglio (Ascension Church), a monastery constructed for the Knights Templars. Venetian named Andrea Loredan also built the Ca' Loredan Vendramin Calergi which the Templars also used (we know this because the words of the Templar motto are carved into the stone on the building: Non nobis Domine, non nobis, sed nomini tua da gloriam). Templar crosses are found all over Venice, and it is even said that the Templars brought one of their largest booties of treasure to the Venetian island of San Giorgio (treasure hunters have sought this treasure forever).
Venice and the Templars were highly intertwined. They both carried pilgrims in their ships and supplies to the Holy Land, they both dealt in banking or minting coins, they both were merchants, they both were highly adept military orders, they both fought side by side, and the church sanctioned them both to collect taxes and pay zero taxes themselves. And, they both had close interactions with mystics of the Islamic faith, practitioners of ancient Persian faiths, and even ancient priesthood of Egyptian and Babylonian faiths (mystery schools). The Church looked the other way as both the Knights Templar and Venice (and to a lesser degree Genoa, Pisa, and Amalfi for that matter) did things contrarian to the supposed convictions of the Church itself.
The Catholic Church commissioned Venice and the Templars to carry on the truths of secret ancient traditions, to acquire historically significant artifacts, and to make money for the Church. There is even a Doge named Reniero Zeno whose Zeno family is intertwined in the story of commanding a fleet of ships to America that was owned by Henry Sinclair, the Templar who was responsible for the Scotland Freemasonic/Templar Church Rosslyn Chapel.
Let’s take a quick look at this Doge Reniero Zeno.
But, before we do, we want to make it very clear that as we understand it, the Jesuits (Society of Jesus - created by Ignatius of Loyola) are merely a form of perfected freemasonry that infiltrated the Church. Deep research and quotes from the mystic Helena Blavatsky, historian James Parton, researcher John Robison, and occult writer and Freemason Manly P. Hall prove this theory well enough for us. And, it is also our belief that the Templars are the predecessors of all Masonic orders, such as the Freemasons and Jesuits - likely there is a connection with the Rosicrucians as well. The Templars are related to Rex Deus, a group of Egyptian Jews who were part of some of the Egyptian Pharaonic bloodlines and the priest class of the Cult of Aten from Karnak in Thebes, Egypt that moved from Egypt into the Levant in Judea and Israel (likely with Akhenaten AKA Moses). They then left the Levant and made their way into Southern France, and from Southern France where they became the Templars. Now we cannot forget the Cathar-Gnostic connection of the Templars, and how the Cathars trace back to the Paulicans, Gnostics, Manicheans, and Nasoraeans. It’s not Jesus of Nazareth, it is Yeshua Ben Yosef Hamashiach the Nasorean - of a gnostic sect of priests.
A church named Santa Maria Assunta, also known as I Gesuiti (Gesuiti is Jesuit in Italian), was built by Doge Reniero Zeno and the Zeno family had a palace built near it. A group that wore blue robes and silver crosses known as the Order of the Crociferi, or Crosiers, or simply the crutched friars resided there. These men in blue robes with silver crosses offered a hospital and respite for journeying Crusaders going to and from Venice and the Holy Land. As stated on The Churches of Venice website,
“The original church of Santa Maria Assunta was built here around 1155, along with an attached monastery and hospital, by the order of the Crociferi (cross-bearers) with the help of the Gussoni family. The ospizio was originally established to house sick pilgrims and wounded crusaders on their way to and from The Holy Land. When this need abated in the 15th century they took in elderly widows. The original, probably wooden, church was rebuilt after a fire in 1214, and another in 1513. Doge Renier Zen was another prominent sponsor in the 13th century, having a palazzo in the Campo dei Crociferi and crucially presenting the church with the relics of Saint Barbara in 1256.” [16]
Why do we bring up this Church? Because it yet again proves the connection between the Templars and Venice, and even the later offshoot of the Templars embedded in the Catholic Church - the Jesuit order.
The Templar Trials / Gnostic Beliefs
Much has been hidden about the trials and execution of the Knights Templar. Shit, they were accused of mad insanity. And top dudes were murked by being burned at the stake. Fuck that, just the thought of that barbaric shit. Here we go with the 13’s again. On Friday the 13th, October 1307, at the end of nearly a two-hundred-year reign as the world’s first international banking organization, King Philip IV of France put out the order to arrest the Knights Templar everywhere.
King Philip IV (AKA Philip the Fair) was severely indebted to the Templars. You have to remember this was at the time when the Church had moved from Rome to France. So, Philip had been able to exert control and push the Church’s decisions (as he helped move the Church leadership to Avignon). Pope Clement V more than the other Popes was a French Pope through and through, giving Philip more control than rulers of France in the past would’ve had.
Philip was indebted to the order of the Templars for the Flemish War and the little tyrant needed more money for his war with England. We believe that key people of the Templar Order, though possibly not the most public-facing, were told to skip out of certain areas the night before the round-up of Jacques De Molay and other Templar leadership. They wanted to kill three birds with one stone, they wanted the Templars to go underground and the people to believe they were destroyed, Philip wanted to disavow his debt, and the Church wanted to move Templar treasures, wealth, and artifacts of important antiquity to places like Scotland, Portugal, and Switzerland.
To make this permanent disbanding of the Templars a reality and believable, they had to perhaps accuse the Templars of the most blasphemous things. But, as we will examine, there is often a mix of truth with lies in what is presented to the public.
The Templars were roused on the morning of October 13th, 1307, and arrested and apprehended all over France. Templar leaders in France Hugues de Pairaud and Jacques De Molay were rounded up and throughout the next couple of months, King Philip’s people began to record the leveling of charges and tortured the absolute shit out of the Templar leadership. Pope Clement V put out orders for all Templars’ lands seized and property reclaimed.
Now, when Pople Clement V met with Hugues de Pairaud and Jacques De Molay, they along with other top Templar leadership denied all the confessions they made to Philip’s men, saying that they only admitted to this stuff because the torture was so painfully egregious and damaging.
The things the Templars were accused of started with the blanketed charge of heresy but when their trial finally started in 1308 there was a shitload of more charges piled on the top of the refuse heap. The charges alone are the stuff of legend, elevated to the point of a mystique. The Catholic Church’s hiding of the documents regarding the trials in the Vatican Archives added to this mystique. Yeah, for real they did that. But, information has a way of leaking out.
The heresy charge was brought into play because of laws passed during the attempted destruction of the Cathars in the Albigenisan Crusade. During this Crusade, Pope Honorius III allowed the charges of heresy to be applied to orders that were exempted until that point. This put a microscope on the actions of the Knights Hospitaller, the Knights Templar, and the Cistercian Order. The Church knew all along that the Templars were Gnostic and had the belief of two gods in existence.
They are a religion of duality. Dualism. Dualism is like the yin and the yang, which ironically came to China from Persia. Gnosticism was gelled into the Levant from Persia, branching off Zoroastrianism into Manicheaism into Paulicanism, and from there to the Cathars of Southern France. Remember Mani, who created Manicheanism, merged Zoroastrianism, Judaism, and the ideas of Plato. In later writings, we will examine if, and possibly hypothetically how these Gnostic beliefs made their way into Egypt and were expelled with the notorious Akhenaten (or Moses to some).
When it comes to the two gods of Gnosticism that represent the opposite polarities of positive and negative, one of these gods is an evil god named the Demiurge that created this physical/material reality of matter - the Demiurge traps energy in this contained material reality. The other is a creator God who is hidden and divine - where our spirit derives from, a source of love that is hands-off, but is pure love. Gnostics believe that through esoteric mystical rites, they bring about their knowledge of, or gnosis, and alignment with the creator God with their spirit. But they likely also occult mystical rites which appease the Demiurge as well.
The Demiurge has entities that come to prevent humankind’s spiritual growth and control their destiny called archons through a type of interdiction. It isn’t hard to imagine that, in the context of the Gnostic doctrine, if our spirits have been trapped, perhaps these bodies of ours are just energy containers. It is a thought that entertains thinkers for hours that quickly become many days of a lifetime.
We just want to point out the parallel of the entities called archangels in the Bible. The prefix arch means a higher rank of the Demiurge’s supporting cast when you look at the root word of -on. When arch is applied to the root word -angel would mean the same thing. This is referencing the top captains of a supreme capo god. Also, we want to make note of the controversial take that many other people have which associates the biblical Yahweh (Yod Hey Vav Hey/YHWH/Jehovah) with the Demiurge. To some, these are fighting words as they believe Yahweh is the creator god. If people could just suspend their beliefs for a moment, they could see the similarities between the Bible story and Gnosticism and that is why early Christianity was on good terms with the Gnostics. Perhaps, because Yeshua was a Gnostic of the Nasorean sect himself? Not actually from Nazareth. Nasoreans were Mandaean Gnostics.
This Gnostic theology was getting in the way of the Catholic Church’s ability to push its clear-cut version of Christianity. Hence, with Philip the Fair’s push to go after the Templars - the original charge was heresy because of these Gnostic beliefs. Did the Church have to show its fake disdain for Gnosticism for the people to believe in the sincerity of their version of biblical events surrounding Yeshua? How do you control people? Turn a historical figure into the embodiment of God on earth, and then control the narrative that only through your methodologies, which only you hold the keys to, can people be close to that messiah. Modern cults kind of work this way. The only differences are that most modern cults make their living leader a living messiah in the here and now and that living messiah is the only way to some salvation.
Yeshua was likely a good dude. He was likely priest class Essene/Nasorean. Sharing the Karnakian mysteries handed down from Egypt and Zoroastrian/Babylonian mysteries with the plebes, serfs, and commoners of his time would have gotten him in deep trouble. He represented Christos-energy in a dualistic system. Christos means to anoint with oil (usually crocodile fat melted down) on the forehead where the crown chakra, third eye, or pineal gland is, and the practice means the person is consecrated by God or elevated to the highest consciousness.
The ritual of anointing came from Egypt but was also practiced in ancient Greece. It is possible that Yeshua Ben Yosef Hamashiach meant that his type of consciousness would return to the planet, not that he would return. Did he know we were in a very dark place in time, but would come out? Or, perhaps he truly is a representation of God and did and will again physically manifest on this plane. We don’t rule that out, we just know how much of the occult deals with the kundalini and consciousness of the human spirit. If so, brilliant and we are on board. We aren’t anti-Christian, we just don’t know. But, let’s not fool ourselves, everything is consciousness, hence to pretend that Jesus didn’t have something to do with an understanding of that is foolish.
If this experience is a type of simulation or projection, and we are “digital, bio-holographic, precipitation, crystallization, miraculous manifestation, of divine frequencies, coming out of water” as Dr. Leonard Horowitz so eloquently put it, then quite veritably anything is possible.
Tangent over. You know how we love our tangents here at RS. But yeah, The Knights Templar’s beliefs in Gnosticism were the catalyst for the Church and Philip’s amassing of the top members of their order and the repossession of their lands and properties, under the charge of heresy.
This charge of heresy at the time of the Templar round-up wasn’t enough though. Philip the Fair, prick that he was, kept adding charges and they became more and more outlandish. He accused the Templars of a slew of other idolatry charges and confirmed these accusations through admissions gathered from the Templar leadership through their horrendous torture. Supposedly, hahaha there it is, that “supposedly”.
By their trial beginnings in 1308, in addition to the charges of heresy, the Templars were accused of and charged with the list below. Make note that when the Pope met with them, at the direction of Jacques De Molay all of the Templars renounced the confessions they gave under torture. The Templars were accused of :
Stealing donations that were made for the Church.
Following John the Baptist as the true messiah over Jesus Christ who they thought of as a false prophet.
Carrying around a severed bearded human head (which was called Baphomet, and many people have concluded was John the Baptist’s head).
Carrying around a wearable severed head with 3 faces, that was also portrayed as some type of feline.
Spitting and urinating on the cross and any images with the likeness of Jesus/Yeshua.
Being homosexuals who kissed each other on the buttocks and were encouraged to “take care of” any of their brothers’ sexual needs if they needed them met.
Requiring recruits to be kissed about the regions of the mouth, stomach, belly button, butt/tailbone.
Requiring recruits to deny Christ and renounce him.
Complete rejection of any Catholic Church sacraments.
Engaging in secret, mystical, occult practices of magic.
Murdering other Templars who openly shared with non-Templars what happened in the Orders’ secret meetings and occult gatherings.
Unequally applying the Magna Carta and abusing their sovereignty.
The question is, is any of this true? And, to be honest, nobody knows. Could certain members have done these things at various times throughout their 200-year history? Possibly. Also, could the reputation of a few members have been exploited and applied to the whole of the order? Sure, also possible. Could the entire organization have been down with all the above? Sure, that’s also possible. Truth be told we won’t know for 100%. Some will say we know because of the Chinon Parchment - which states that Pope Clement V exculpated, or cleared, Jacque De Molay and the order of heresy. But, of course, he did! I mean there is a litany of reasons as to why the Church would clear them in the end, even if they were guilty of it all. Don’t make us list them all. At this point, it would be like #24 sandpaper on your corneas - just use your own critical thinking skills.
Templar Wealth - Octogon
Credit be given to one Sean Hross. This guy is responsible for dropping the pin on the map of awakening for so many people to what Switzerland is all about in its relation to the Templars and Egyptian Pharaohs/Magi (Priests). Sean points out that Switzerland means “Sisters of Isis” in French, and French-speaking Templars/Cistercians created it. Eventually, it would be a confluence in Switzerland as elements of the Habsburg dynasty absorbed Venice and Genoa's wealth and settled in areas along the Alps (the Habsburgs controlled Spain and Austria if you remember - Spain was inquisition-central, and inquisition laws were used against the Templars). This is a very complicated history between France, Swiss Confederacies, and the Habsburgs with many wars and treaties. It truly deserves its very own series on Reality Snitch. Other knightly orders also planted roots like the Teutonic Knights and Knights of Malta.
Sean calls the people who rule Switzerland the Pharistocracy (a combo of pharaoh and aristocracy), and also Octogon. The first time any of us heard we heard this was from Sean, and if you are a research machine, you look for things to corroborate this. It’s all so interesting because initially when Bern allied with the other Swiss cantons it became the Bund der Acht Orte, or the Confederacy of the Eight Cantons. Eight is represented by an octagon. The video below (an eye-opening look at symbolism) is usually the very first or second exposure to Sean’s work that most of us who are familiar with him have seen: [17]
They want you to think the Templars were snuffed out. But, it just doesn’t make sense. The story goes that many Templar ships left the French ports with their treasure the night before the round-up of Jacques De Molay and other Templar leadership in France on Philip the Fair’s orders. They disappeared into the murky, night waters. Some believe the rest of the organization went to Scotland, some to Portugal, and even some others say they went to Northwest Italy and made passage through the Templar-friendly territory (Lombardy) into Switzerland. It is likely that during the time of their persecution, they split up and went to all these places.
Researchers like Alan Butler and Stephen Dafoe in their book The Warriors and The Bankers discuss the fleet of Templar ships, a supposed 18 galleys, that were moored in La Rochelle before October, Friday the 13th, 1307. The fleet was supposedly docked there. Jacques De Molay they argue was completely unaware of the imminent arrest, or he didn’t expect maltreatment so horrific would be done against him in terms of torture.
According to many researchers, the Templar fleet, or at least part of it, traveled with Templar treasures to Northwest Italy, near Genoa, stopping off at an island on the way. The fleet of Templar ships (or at least part of it) then went through Italy to bring much of the treasure and artifacts into the Alps. Being that Templars were French and France is so close to Switzerland (Swiss people speak mostly French or German), it is not hard to conceive that over the previous 200 years, the Templars had begun to set up the Swiss cantons as their home territory.
Switzerland today is the home of it all. The Habsburgs entered into treaties with the forested Western cantons of Switzerland called Vier Waldstätten and the Bund der Acht Orte was formed not long after the official disbanding of the Templars in 1312 by Pope Clement V, it was only a matter of decades, which would have been plenty of time for the remaining Templar order to reorganize in Switzerland.
Here’s the thing. . . Switzerland is the home of a lot. Always neutral. Swiss Guards are the ones that guard the Pope. How many Hollywood movies have we seen over the years where Swiss banks are the place to go to hide money due to the banking secrecy laws? Wolf of Wall Street comes to mind and so many others. Geneva and Basel play major international roles. The BIS is in Basel, the WEF is in Geneva, the WHO is in Geneva, so many NGOs are there (non-profits), the list is just massive. Switzerland’s neighbor, the tiny nation of Lichtenstein (which has more banks than people), plays an interesting role. If you have never looked into them, these two countries are banking giants.
Let’s just put it this way, if Sean Hross and researchers like Alan Butler and Stephen Dafoe are correct about the connections between the Templars and Switzerland, it makes sense. The Templars were the very first Church-sanctioned, multi-international banking syndicate, and if you look at Switzerland with all the symbolism in consideration and all the banking and international movers and shakers in consideration, welp it just makes sense that they helped create it (from the French-speaking regions) and made it what it is today.
But, there was another powerhouse that brought the other original master merchants and bankers of Venice and the other Maritime Republics of Italy into the fold in Switzerland. And that is none other than the Habsburgs. The Habsburgs are the unifying force of Switzerland. So much is intertwined in their legacy. The Habsburgs have one of the oldest castles in Switzerland. They were the unifying piece to all of the northern realms and the southern realms. Guaranteed they melded the Templar families into the foray, as they did with the Italian families they intermarried with like the Visconti. The Habsburgs are utterly the most important empire to have ever existed when it comes to the spreading of the nobility of older kingdoms carrying on into the northern and northeastern regions of Europe.
The Habsburg Empire gelled the nobility of Italy and brought them into the Swiss cantons as well. By the 1500s, the Habsburgs had control of Lombardy-Venetia, and later on brought Milan (Genoa was annexed into Milan) and Venice into their stewardship through intermarriage and control of those areas. They did the same with their Spanish nobility and that of Dalmatia/Croatian regions, and that which was in Austria. The build-out of the Netherlands rests at the doorstep of the Habsburgs.
So we have all the wealthiest families, carrying all the world’s esoteric knowledge, converging in Switzerland. The Templars were a part of this. Teutonic Knights and Hospitallers were a part of this. The Italian nobility and merchant class are part of this convergence. French nobility and merchant class were part of this.
When they say Switzerland is neutral, what we believe they mean is that it is a dedicated neutral ground for all the elite to have a space devoid of any forms of aggression toward each other, in other words not using their commoners for cannon fodder or for warfare on that turf. The idea of Swiss neutrality started in 1515 but was disrupted by the 30 Years War / 80 Years War as Swiss mercenaries did some heinous work then against Germany, it was also disrupted by Napoleon, and finally, the Swiss Civil War or Sonderbund War as it was also known. But as for international neutrality, it stuck for the elite class after Napoleon with the Treaty of Paris in 1815.
The private standing army of Swiss mercenaries used by the Habsburgs has often been linked to the descendants of the Templars who ended up in Switzerland. As we know they were some of the fiercest fighters who also helped gain Scotland’s independence. It also makes complete sense that they were also the stock that made up the private standing army used by the Habsburgs.
Conclusion
The legacy of the Knights Templar lives on. It lives on through Masonic movements, through Switzerland and Lichtenstein, and it lives on in the importance of the founding of the New World. The links between the Templars and countless countries in Europe and across the pond are apparent. They didn’t disappear, just some top leaders of that snapshot in history did. They went underground and reappeared in Scotland, Switzerland, Portugal, Brazil, the United States, Canada, and many of the esoteric orders of today. Their role in wealth, power, and world development cannot be overlooked or understated, and their history is the stuff of legend and lore.
They carried on with them banking secrecy, deep occult secrets, and extremely invaluable historic artifacts gathered for the Church and their own legacy. They were Gnostic, they were extremely adept warriors, and they knew much of the mysteries, They are linked in various ways to the ancient regions of Egypt, Persia, Turkey, India, Jerusalem/Israel/Judea, Babylon, and Rome, and they are one of the most fascinating brotherhoods ever to exist.
